By 2020 the Company wants to create 100 permanent employment opportunities, delivering services to local, public, private sector and mining sector.

Strategy

TATS is committed to build a computable reputation in terms of service delivery focusing on sound engineering principles, project management and Human Resources. The company intent to make use of mentorship programs and skills development for employees aimed at becoming experts technically in the construction field delivering quality work within agreed upon timelines and budgets. Job creation will be targeted by giving on job training merging young youth with experienced artisans to empower knowledge transfer.

Our strategic objective is to deliver projects that fulfil the customer’s specifications. These specifications include the project being delivered on time, within budget and complete legitimacy. Our leverage is derived from a wide spectrum of social groups and our expertise is to deliver small and medium projects in South Africa. In order to fulfil our strategic objective, we apply a unique combination of procurement construction and project management. We leverage our CORE COMPETENCE and EXPERTISE to deliver CIVIL ENGINEERING, INFRASTRUCTURE and BUILDING PROJECTS in the South Africa.
